About the Item
This lamp is an experiment in form and construction. The lacewood slats that make up the shade are constructed similarly to the tambours of a roll top desk but are repurposed to surround a light source. The paper lining softens the light to create an even glow through the cutouts. The grain variation of the lacewood makes the piece an object of interest when the light is on or off.
Dimensions: 19" tall, 10" wide, 10" deep.
