Tommaso Barbi Brass Leaf Table Lamp, 1970
About the Item
Superb lamp by Tommaso Barbi, unmistakable design in his Italian style of the period of the 70s. Precious metalworking, artisans of yesteryear.
The large lamp is composed of a square diameter brass tube that twists and as it rises it welcomes a large wrought brass leaf complete with longitudinal veins. The leaf is positioned with the concave part down to hide the bulb. The top of the brass is opaque as you can see from the photos, while the underside is shiny. The lamp is perfectly preserved. Refinement and style as it is in the style of Tommaso Barbi, unique pieces of their kind and pieces that always remain precious. When turned on, the lamp offers a very soft light, it will perfectly illuminate your home.
