About the Item
Vintage cloisonné vase mounted as a lamp with dual pull chain operation, mounted on a conforming wooden base. The vase decorated with arched form panels with dragons and exotic birds on glittered ground. The white neck with dragons/serpents and the vase decorated with flowers and scrolls on a red field. The underside of the vase in a neutral tan color separated with black trim.
Dimensions: 10" W x 32" to top of finial
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age include some damage to the edge of lamp at the bottom of black panel and terminating with blue lines on the tan bottom. See photos for details of condition (photo 7). Sporadic crazing to enamel work. Despite the wear the lamp has a decorative and refined presentation.
