Space Age Cobra table lamp according to a design of Masayuki Kurokawa from the 70s.
This design reflects the prevailing design direction of Japan of the 70s. Metabolism in architecture and kind of futuristic functionalism in design. This luminaire acts like a small character. It is extremely functional. The rubberized arm with rib structure goes over in a lacquered steel foot. The screen is made of metal and closes seamlessly to the arm.
The luminaire is in a remarkably very good condition and has hardly any signs of wear. The rubber is still in very good condition and not porous.
European Plug (up to 250V).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
