The Ferrara Nero Convex Mirror
An exquisite statement piece, the Ferrara Nero is designed to elevate any interior with its sculptural elegance and timeless allure. The mirror’s captivating convex form draws the eye, creating a luminous focal point that transforms light and space within the room.
Crafted from 6mm low-iron glass, the silvering is applied using traditional artisanal techniques, resulting in a flawless, radiant reflection with an 8cm curvature. Measuring 120cm in diameter (excluding the frame), this mirror achieves perfect balance between grandeur and refinement.
Encasing the mirror is the Nero frame, a beautifully hand-finished composition of black and gold tones, adding depth and opulence to its aesthetic. The 7cm-wide wooden frame is meticulously detailed and fitted with discreet metal button-fix Type 1 brackets for effortless, flush installation. The total framed diameter is 133cm, commanding presence without overwhelming the space.
The convex design introduces softly distorted reflections that infuse interiors with light and dimension—creating a subtle illusion of expanded space and an atmosphere of sophisticated intrigue.
For bespoke elegance, the Ferrara Nero can be customized with antiqued silvering in light, medium, or heavy foxing, offering a tailored patina to complement both classical and contemporary interiors.
Each mirror is carefully packed in a hand-built, wooden anti-vibration crate to ensure safe international delivery, reflecting the same attention to detail that defines its craftsmanship.
