Small Gilt and Carved Convex Mirror of the Regency Period

About the Item

A small gilt and carved convex mirror of the Regency period, decorative moulded frame enhanced by applied gilt spheres and beaded border, ebonised slip within, surmounted by a fine carved eagle holding ball and chains in his beak, set above an elegant waisted acanthus crest, scrolled acanthus centre base, single cast brass candle arms issuing from tasselled supports to either side.
