About the Item

Sir Gordon Russell, (British, 1892-1980). An oak Arts & Crafts Cotswolds School oak dressing table. The dressing table has a swivel central bevelled mirror with quality hand crafted brass tighteners and hand carved Walnut handles. The dressing table is in good original condition with it's original finish. The mirror is still bright with no chips cracks or scratches. There is some light staining to the tops of the side pedestals. We prefer to keep the original finish but if it was an issue we could have the tops re-polished by professional restorers. Overall a perfectly useable piece of original Arts & Crafts furniture by a top designer.
