Hand cast architectural mirrored cast glass in clear polished finish no silvering.
Style no. 1108 cove moulding has been reproduced from a detail of an original crown moulding and is available in H 4 3/8”, D 5” in 16” lengths. The image shows an unsilvered hand poured cast glass moulding in a polished finish where the surface has been hand ground and polished leaving a smooth, clean appearance to the surface of the glass block. The back of the block has been ground and polished in preparation for silvering, but left without a silver backing.
Cavallo/ Mirror Fair has sought to do more than just clad walls with mirror. These different settings reveal Cavallo/ Mirror Fair, through the use of various proprietary glass and silvering technology, is capable of executing these stunning interiors. The hand finishing of the materials allow the background to be compatible with a wide range of decorative styles, as shown in the following images. These interiors were designed, manufactured and photographed in the Cavallo/ Mirror Fair Studio located in New York City.
