Each with an arched top with joined acanthus C-scrolls with central leaf over a mirror plate flanked by carved scroll and trailing leaf, the base with scrolled decoration and three candle arms. Provenance: Henry Forbes Bigelow. These sconces are pictured in ' The American Architect' of his Boston townhouse in 1916.
