Cristal Art mirror with shelf
Large mirror produced in the 1950′s by Cristal Art
Oval in shape with brass crown feet and brass edging.
Mercury and blue ground mirrored glass frame and central mercury mirrors.
Central semicircle shelf made of thick glass.
Cristal Art is a Turin-based company founded in the 1940s and active until 1996, specializing in the production of mirrors and mirror furniture.
Hugely sought after for their beauty and sophistication, Cristal Art's mirrors have become icons of style and design.
The mirror is in excellent structural condition, with no cracks or threads.
It has as visible from photos several black spots on the mirrors due to the use of mercury in production and an imperceptible chipping on one of the blue panes, all is accompanied by photos.
