Spectacular 19th Century Italian Carved & Giltwood Rococo Pier Mirror with Table
About the Item
A spectacular Italian carved and giltwood Rococo rectangular pier mirror with an exceptional foliate carved frame and crest featuring two birds, a quiver with arrows, a flame torch, and large scrollwork accents. Comes with a matching giltwood serpentine table with conforming marble top and scroll legs and foliate carved motif. Dates to the 19th century in very good restored condition, with gilt loss touch up, minor repairs, great overall patina, and minor gesso losses & imperfections commensurate with age and use. An amazing Old World statement piece for any home! Dimensions: Mirror: Approximately 106 in H x 50.5 in W x 10 in D; Table: 17 in H x 38 in W x 15 in D.
