Swedish 19th Century Trumeau
About the Item
This lovely trumeau is from 19th century Sweden. It has a great organic feel with its bright natural wood shining through. The top section is painted black and ornamented with symmetrical floral brass ormolu. The mirror plate itself is more recent and surrounded by painted black squares with small ormolu details. Gracing the bottom is a beautiful brass candlestick holder that adds even more of an antique feel. Circa 1830.
