18th Century Zinc Oeil De Boeuf Mirror

This architecturally-commanding zinc-framed "eye of the beef" window frame was converted to a mirror in the mid-20th century, but originally served as a dormer for an 18th century French chateau. With a beautifully-patinated surface, steely grey color, and bold details, it could be the perfect addition to a room where mixed textures rule the day. In very good antique condition overall, there is a small repair near the back side that is nearly invisible to the eye.
