19th Century American Empire Mahogany Mirror
About the Item
A Classic Empire mirror with bold square form and having a triple surround with darker reeded moldings. The mirror glass has a most appealing age-related mercury oxidation resulting in an all over aging resembling a frosted window.
Measures: height 21 1/2", wide 19 3/4", depth 3 1/2"
Condition: There is a loss to the upper right corner veneer, small cracks to the outer and middle surrounds but stable, losses to the mirror mercury with a great authentic presentation.
