About the Item
Exceptional 19th century gilt wall mirror from the so-called "Baroque Revival" period in Austria around 1870. This large antique golden mirror comes with a traditional overlapping inserted substructure. The beautiful designed frame is adorned by amazing stucco ornaments depicting lovely floral elements. The great looking gilt surface was made with fine composition gold and shows partially bronzed parts. This Baroque Revival wall mirror has been elaborately restored by our experts by keeping the wonderful patina which confers this solid wall mirror a unique charm.
