Continental Mid-19th Century Neoclassical St. Three-Panel Mirror

About the Item

A sensational and unique Continental mid 19th century Neo-Classical st. painted and gilt, three panel mirror. The giltwood frame is designed with four vertical columns separating the three mirror plates. The tapered columns have recessed panels with faux marble and porphyry interiors. The curved fluted central top arch is flanked by panels with a diamond raised design and recessed painted panels finished the same. Extremely decorative.
