About the Item
Beautiful, whimsical decorative mirror in the Rococo style. Custom made by using a 19th century French gold gilt frame, unrestored. Then, 18th century hand carved gold gilt wooden fragments were applied to old painted panel to form a mirror. Old glass used for mirror. Panel with mirror then inserted into old frame.
