A French pair of carved wood mirrors with their original gilt finish from the 19th century. This antique pair of mirrors from France are both simple and elegant, having mostly rectangular shape, with a gentle movement along the sides and a gracefully arched crest at their tops. They are carved in a lovely floral and wavy acanthus leaf motif. These pieces retain original mirrors and gilt finish. Please note that there are some gold losses, with minimal touch-ups, but nothing that we feel compromises their integrity or beauty. This pair of 19th century French gilt-wood mirrors stand just over 3 feet in height and 2 feet in width.
