Georgian Oval Giltwood Mirror with Eagle Crest
About the Item
Fine George III oval giltwood classical mirror, the carved eagle crest standing on a rockwork base, surmounting a gadroon carved oval frame with fluting and beaded inner edge, retaining original mercury glass mirror plate. Large scale and fine gilding. Eagle detaches easily should it not be required.
