Giltwood English Regency Mirror with Neoclassical Scene

About the Item

An elegant 19th-century Regency period giltwood over mantel mirror consisting of three mirror sections flanked by reeded columns with intricately carved capitals. The top section of the mirror is decorated with a mythological scene in exquisite detail and the cornice is decorated with evenly spaced gold balls. The piece is meant to be either hung above or placed on a mantel, adding a great focal point to a room.
