Important carved and gilded mirror, Lombardy, Italy, 1780
About the Item
The streamlined frame adorned with an acanthus frieze is covered with mirrors and decorated with decorative engravings all around. The beautifully openwork pediment is surmounted by a cup of flowers. The sides are decorated with garlands of flowers, the lower frieze is decorated with a star-shaped pattern.
All mirrors are original also the gilding
