Large Gilt Wall Mirror with Parecloses
About the Item
This superb Rococo-style gilt parclose wall mirror features a very ornate frame, inset with mirror plates and topped with an elaborate crest of stylised feathers. Dating from the 20th century, this large and impressive mirror has been beautifully carved throughout, its violin- shaped giltwood frame still warm and vibrant, and embellished on all sides with an abundance of swirls and floral flourishes.
