Louis XV Style Carved Domed Giltwood Mirror With Wall Console Bracket by Labarge
About the Item
This French Louis XVI style Giltwood Mirror and wall console was made in Belgium for La Barge. It features a beautifully ornate frame with an arched top and the mirror adorned by separate inner mirror panels. We find the arch motif repeated in the wall mounted console shelf, a design feature linking the two items.. On the original La Barge label the surface is described as 'worn gold'.
The measurements below are for the mirror only. The bracket console measures: D 7.5 in. W 22.5 in. H 7.75 in. less
