About

“This mirror was designed to celebrate the permanent royal postage stamp we designed for His Majesty King Willem-Alexander, the new king of The Netherlands,” Job explained. The stamp was released in 2013 in the three colours of the Dutch flag. It features a digitally sculpted image of the King's face, shaded to give a 3D effect like carved crystal.

The advantage of digital modelling is that the image becomes timeless, or as Studio Job put, “ageless.” The mirror, on the other hand, allows for flexibility. It also gives everyone the opportunity to be portrayed as a stamp.
