Just in, this great Pair of Late 18th Century French Louis XVI Carved Gilt-wood Oval Wall Mirrors.
These were found in the center of France directly from a home.
They are oval in shape, each mirror is decorated with a large decorative pediment, and embellished with scrolls and floral motifs .
The gilding has the original patina through out.
The mirrors are original one has more foxing than the other.
Each mirror is backed with wood.
Very good antique, preowned condition, consistent with age and use.
These mirrors are very delicate
