Walnut Shasta Mirror
About the Item
New/lightly used studio sample Shasta Mirror. This piece is essentially brand new and has been on display in our studio. It features a low profile, rounded frame in lightly figured Walnut. The corners of the frame are also rounded to follow the radius of the mirror, requiring very carefully joinery and carving to achieve a seamless transition. The Walnut frame was then given a traditional hand-applied oil finish.
This piece includes low-profile aluminum z-clip for hanging on a wall. It can be mounted either vertically or horizontally as preferred.
The mirror/glass itself does have very light, almost imperceptible scratches from cleaning, and two small "pock-marks" as it was a remnant piece originally. These are pictured to the best of our ability and are very difficult to photograph because of their minimal size.
