This single bed was made during the 1920s. It is made in Art Deco style that flourished in Paris in 1920. It fascinates with the elegant style and clean lines. The streamlined frame is made of chrome-plated tubular steel. The case with a spring mattress is made of solid wood. The sides of the bed are finished with walnut wood with burl. Wonderful Early to Mid-20th Century Art Moderne solid maple twin bed headboard & footboard, small 3 drawer chest or cabinet, and 2 drawer nightstand in the style of Bissman and after Russel Wright for Conant Ball. These pieces have been attributed based upon archived research including online sources, vintage documentation and catalogs, designer literature, and other materials however, it is not signed or marked in any way. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, no outstanding flaws detected just a beautiful original finish with all its wonderful age patina.
