Eric Maville Burgundy Brass Double Bed Only 1980s 70s Hollywood Regency
About the Item
An exquisite bed by the French 1970s designer Eric Maville in deep burgundy and brass. This signed French import consists of a double bed in burgundy acrylic with brass trim. The bed comes with wooden double slats in a metal sliding frame, and it takes a classic EU double size mattress.
The same model in black is seen in the original brochure as seen on images.
This bed is a fine example of the lustrous glamour of late 1970s / early 1980s European design, but is a piece that can still be used and cherished in a modern bedroom home. A rarely seen bed in the market and never spotted in the UK before!
