Mid Century Modern Solid Walnut Bed Frame

About the Item

Bed No. 4 Classic, timeless yet interesting design made from solid wood. Traditional shaker style with modern flair, constructed with mortise and tenon joinery. Simple set-up and take-down can be done in minutes. The tapered legs give the bed a delicate feel, while the nearly 2" thick hardwood provides more than enough strength for any situation. The hardware used to connect the rails to the headboard and footboard provides and unequaled level of strength and rigidity. WOOD TYPE Available in any domestic hardwood including Walnut, Maple, White Oak, Ash, Mahogany, and Cherry. Use of figured walnut for the headboard is available as an upgrade. FINISH We use a natural (and food-safe) oil/wax finish to protect and highlight the beauty of the wood so that it can be enjoyed in day-to-day activities by all ages without fear. Any spills can easily be wiped off and, over time, a simple application of oil will revitalize the piece as needed based on personal preference. Yes, it's designed to be beautiful, but it's also built to be lived in and a part of your family's life. ASSEMBLY This bed is easily assembled in under 5 minutes, using sturdy interlocking hardware to attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard. Slats support the mattress, as well as an adjustable center support leg, leaving no need for a superfluous box spring.
