About the Item
The Venetian bed is is an elegant example of fine filigree work from the Signature Range of La Maison London. The design creates a rhapsody of 'S' curves, scroll work, stylised acanthus leaves and shell motifs which all come together to make a playful and striking example of the Rococo style.
The finish seen in the main picture is made up of a hand gilded ‘Antique Gold’ patina with a second paint tone highlighting the footboard, side bars and frame of the silk upholstered surround. There is a full palette of colours to choose from for both the finishes and silk fabric. If preferred, the customer can have 2m’s of their own fabric used for the head board’s upholstery.
The size is a US King Size (76" x 80" mattress) which is held in stock but this bed can also be made to order to accommodate all mattress sizes.
