These 1930s Italian Art Deco nightstands are pure sculptural whimsy. The curvaceous wooden frames embrace a sensuous silhouette that defies the usual straight-laced geometry of traditional case goods. Their exaggerated, curvy frames swell and recede in smooth, rhythmic waves, creating a dynamic, organic structure that feels alive. Each piece features a single drawer perched atop a gracefully bowed door panel, both fitted with round wooden knobs. The sides have a beautifully textured, almost ribbed surface that follows the undulating contours of the piece. The feet are particularly quirky: small, geometrically curved, and flared outwards. These playful, unexpected details add to their unique and decorative charm.
