Timeless, mid twentieth century, finer quality and condition night stands. We are happy to again have found a beautiful pair of finer quality cabinets from the heydays of the European midcentury era. The combination of the stylish lines in the design and the beautiful materials that were used, make this timeless pair an absolute joy to own, use and to look at. It is clear that these cabinets are the work of a skilled cabinet maker and a seasoned designer. The perfect manner in which the striking afromosia (a type of teakwood) veneer is shaped onto these cabinets reveals the work of a master craftsman. The stylish and solid wooden midcentury design handles are shaped in such a way that they are both handsome and practical to use. The stunning and perfect condition beech interiors stand out extra beautiful against the darker wood/patina of the outside of these cabinets. The left cabinet comes with two perfect sliding drawers and one 'pull-out-shelf' with a stylish brass-knob handle. The cabinet on the right has a perfect folding door with a compartment behind it and also one 'pull-out-shelf' just below the top. Apart from one imperfection on the 'pull-out-shelf' in the cabinet on the left these shelfs too are in the finest condition for their age. These midcentury beauties are as strong and stable as the day they were handcrafted and they are absolutely ready for you to use and enjoy.
