Blackhawk Art Deco "Bomb" Toolbox in Restored Finish

As everything was being streamlined in the 1930s, even the common toolbox wasn't exempt from a modern update. The Blackhawk toolbox was formed of a heavy gauge steel, and painted red. Ours has been stripped and chrome-plated, to a wonderful effect. When filled with tools, they were quite heavy, and front wheels allowed the worker to roll the box down an assembly line. The body is in excellent condition, with no dents. The interior has been finished in a flat black enamel.
