About the Item
A hard covered folio with 54 loose plates which show the wonderful sketches, ideas and designs of Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann for the furniture that he designed and produced from the early 1920s and onwards. They show his ideas captured on paper and it is easy to see the wonderful flowing lines of the tapered legs on which much of his furniture seemed to balance so effortlessly. A very scarce item as has all 54 plates present and correct and in very good condition.
