Putnam in Original Full Green Morocco, both covers with wide Floral Gilt Border and with red Morocco onlay Tulips, Raised bands, red Tulips and gilt on Spines, brown Morocco doublers with floral Borders, brown watered silk endpapers, top edges gilt, printed on Japanese Vellum, 10 Frontispieces and 5 plates, each in three states (one Hand Colored) Signed by the Publisher, With An Original One Page Autograph Letter By Whitman (with a notarized Certificate of authenticity issued by the publisher. Published: New York: G.P. Putnam’s Sons 1902. Handsome set.
