Sterling Silver/Vermeil Pendact Necklace, Stamped, Krementz or Black Hills Gold
This pendant looks a lot like a Black Hills Gold piece, but since the chain appears to be vermeil, we are assuming that the pendant is more likely that as well. The chain is stamped ITALY and 925.
There are a couple of tiny scrapes/dings on the back.
