About

Chrysoprase bracelet on malachite Soft, smooth chrysoprase and its citrusy green cousin, lemon chrysoprase, glow beside ancient ammolite, iridescent labradorite, and olive-green peridot on Studio Greytak’s Chrysoprase Bracelet on Malachite. The steady, grounding presence of calcite, along with the creativity of pyrite, round out the gems in this bracelet fit for the Queen of the Roman gods. A deep green malachite base charges the piece with the energy of willpower and motivation, bringing harmony to the goddess’ power of vital energy and divine protection. In “The Birth of Venus,” Sandro Botticelli depicts the Roman goddess of love, rising from the sea, fully grown. Considered the bringer of fertility, prosperity, and victory, she was set apart from her fellow gods and goddesses by her physical beauty. It’s fitting, then, that chrysoprase is known as the Stone of Venus. With its strong association with love, chrysoprase is said to mend broken hearts, foster a happy marriage, and act as a natural anti-depressant. Lemon chrysoprase is actually a different stone altogether but got its name from its uncanny resemblance to chrysoprase. Called the Stone of Settlement because it helps harmonize even the most difficult of relationships. It is said to help overcome fear and provide an inspirational presence. Healers use it to help one build a bridge to the next phase of life. Artists use it to channel their creativity and open themselves to new concepts. Adding to the glamour, a full spectrum of color shines from the labradorite. The ancient Inuits of Canada tell of a warrior discovering a rock where, inside, lights sparkled and danced. Wishing to free them, the warrior struck the rock with his spear. The lights that were freed formed the great Northern Lights. Ancient shamans, healers, and diviners have used this “Stone of Magic” to facilitate communication between the spiritual and physical worlds, to reach out to ancestors, and to heal and purify. It is also associated with synchronicity and serendipity. The stones ammonite, calcite, and pyrite combine in this stunning bracelet to bring personal awakening, growth, prosperity, luck, and a boost to willpower. Peridot, which shines from both the bracelet and the base, has been prized since the earliest civilizations for its protective powers to drive away the forces of darkness. It is a powerful manifesting stone and is said to bring increase of wealth, health, joy, and abundance. Here it sits beside orange sunstone, which increases one’s vitality and brings a sense of focus, and bright blue London topaz. Topaz has long been valued for its ability to attract wealth and improve sight, not only in the physical, but in the metaphysical sense as well. The deep green malachite on the base also wards off evil spirits. It is one of the strongest stones for protection against negative energy. Malachite carries the frequency of the enlightened leader and reminds us of our power to manifest with the Universe. This piece creates a royal presence on any wrist, and encourages the wearer to follow one’s dreams and fulfill even the greatest of ambitions. Materials Chrysoprase Lemon Chrysoprase Ammolite Labradorite Peridot Malachite Calcite Ammonite Pyrite Sunstone London Topaz.
