Carved wood chess and checkers set with board and box by famed architect Michael Graves. Chess board is marked with Graves tag; each chess and pawn piece is signed Graves; USA, circa 2000. Features resin chess and pawn pieces in faux ebony and faux ivory. Board attached to the box. Dimensions: Board: 16.25 inches L x 26.25 inches D x 2.75 inches H Largest chess piece (King): 2.75 inches; tall Smallest chess piece (Pawn) 1 inch tall.
