Offered for your consideration is this pristine example of the first 16mm movie camera model and the first 16mm movie camera model manufactured by Kodak. This model was introduced in January 1923. Along with this historical camera, Kodak also introduced 16mm motion picture film. This hand cranked camera is truly historic artifact of the motion picture industry. The camera's film transport unit is operated by turning the hand crank. Included is the top original carry handle, the original hand crank, an original Kodak lens, the original viewfinder, protective hinged cover and original labeling, original footage counter, original Kodak graphic logo molded into the side door. A rare artifact of the early days of the motion picture camera. Please note that a tripod or stand is not included with this item but we have a large inventory of period correct and semi correct tripods and pedestals upon which you can display this wonderful artifact.
