Miniature Louis XVI Style Fauteuil

About the Item

20th century antique reproduction miniature fauteuil made in the French Louis XVI style. The armchair has an oval back carved with ribbon detail and a bowknot at the crest. The arms scroll down to carved rosettes and a ribbon carved apron. The chair rests on tapering fluted legs. It is beautifully upholstered in a cream satin with braided cording.
