Iconic orange cube radio by Dario & Mario Bellini for Siemens 1968.
Model RK 501 ALPHA 2.
Design classic made in Germany.
Fully functional with electricity or with battery.
Very good original condition. Can hardly be found in this good condition.
Great minimalist Space Age design from Italy.
Plastic housing with extendable antenna. AM/FM reception.
Very good reception and great sound.
100% original condition and fully functional.
All parts complete. All controls and buttons work smoothly.
The volume control is also the OFF switch.
Battery compartments are clean and not oxidized.
The color has not faded. Of course there are slight signs of wear on the housing.
A crack in the small station scale viewing window. You can see it clearly in the photos.
The chrome stand also serves as a handle for carrying.
Works with a power cable with 220V or 145V.
Can also be used with electricity in countries with a 110V connection.
Or with 6 standard C batteries.
