A rare guitar originally crafted in 2017 by Curt Novato from the Woodward Custom Guitar Co., a boutique Detroit-based maker renowned for its attention to detail and old-world craftsmanship. Meticulously built from reclaimed wood sourced from Reclaim Detroit, which was from an abandoned home in Detroit built in 1910. The instrument seamlessly blends vintage heritage with modern playability. The guitar features a solid Northern Pine body, in a deep cherry finish, paired with a black pickguard and two high-quality hand-wound pickups, offering a versatile tonal range suited for both classic and contemporary styles. Its rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays and chrome hardware highlight its timeless design.
Included is the original Certificate of Authenticity and accompanying provenance materials, underscoring its rarity and collectible value. A unique opportunity to acquire a piece of Detroit's musical legacy, an instrument that bridges over a century of craftsmanship, from a 1910 Detroit home, to its expert 2017 design.
