This is a large vintage ship propeller display. An English, bronze and oak decorative four-blade maritime mount, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950. Of great proportion and superb decorative appeal Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order Polished bronze blades present wonderful golden tonality Propeller blades ringing with a dulcet timbre when tapped Shaft bore finished with a domed oak cap Set upon an oak plinth, with fine grain interest and rich caramel hues Quartet of mounting sockets to each corner - four large screws supplied Impressively substantial with a weight of 21.1kg (46.51 lb) This is a charming vintage ship propeller display, perfect decor for the collector of maritime interest or a nautical institution.
