This is a large vintage ship propeller display. An English, bronze and oak decorative four-blade maritime mount, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950.
Of great proportion and superb decorative appeal

Polished bronze blades present wonderful golden tonality
Propeller blades ringing with a dulcet timbre when tapped
Shaft bore finished with a domed oak cap
Set upon an oak plinth, with fine grain interest and rich caramel hues
