About the Item

Original blueprint of a one hundred foot yacht by John Wells Incorporated of New York. The plan is a top view showing the top deck and cabin level. The top deck shows dining saloon, pilot house, captains stateroom, living room, etc., Below shows many staterooms, engine room, galley, crew quarters. Plan is numbered P-201-2. John Wells was a naval architect and marine consultant in New York City. He was a 1903 graduate of Cornell University. He also worked with Matthews, Elco and Gielow. Overall dimensions: 28"H x 3"L. 12 pounds.
