Pair of Solid Brass Ships Port and Starboard Lanterns
About the Item
U.S. Navy pair of “wing to wing’” bridge lanterns from the early twentieth century. They have been stripped of the military paint and meticulously polished and lacquered. The long vanes are striking. Very sturdy with hinged rear doors. Both have been rewired for home use. Mounted to custom mahogany bases.
Overall dimensions: Weight is 12 pounds each. 18"H x 16"L x 10"D.
