About the Item

Ship name board for the USS Chambers DER 391. The Chambers was a Edsall-class destroyer escort. The ship was in service with the United States Navy from 1943 to 1946 and from 1955 to 1960. From 1952 to 1954, she was loaned to the United States Coast Guard. The ship was scrapped in 1975. This was purchased from the estate of a retired Naval officer 20 years ago. Height listed includes the eyelets.
