Rare, Petite Vintage French Geometric School House Molds
About the Item
Circa 1930s. Zinc molds from French school house. Set of six molds. These are rare and unusually petite versions of school house shape molds. The rectangular mold featured in this picture is not a part of the set. These are hand-made zinc geometric molds that where used to teach elementary school children three dimensional shapes. To give a sense of scale the hexagon measures 5.5 inches tall by 2 inches wide. The hexagonal pyramid the smallest of the shapes measures 4.5 inches tall by 2 inches wide.
