A lustrous silver Bismuthinite specimen, housed in its original glass and turned ebonised display bubble. Bismuth also known as "white mass" It is a post-transition metal and one of the pnictogens This particular specimen showcases the stairstep crystal structure, fixed to the ebonised base and laid upon a blue velvet backing, the glass dome again is not removable and the specimen will mount on a wall with the back hanging hoop. last quarter of the 19th century in age, English in origins 15cm in diameter 10cm in height
