- Condition:Additions or alterations made to the original: The slate board is slightly cracked, and we have framed it in solid oak with a wood backing in order to secure the slate and preserve it for future use. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor structural damages. Please note the slate board features cracks and scratching. When viewed straight on it is difficult to see the cracks. We have created an oak frame and backing in order to secure the piece.
