About the Item
A Medium-sized terrestrial globe, made of papier-mâché, finished with pastille and completed by the application of paper spindles imprinted with intaglio printing. Color touch-ups. The cartography is by Ch. Périgot, based on Alp's drawings. Mouraux. The graduated bar meridian for measuring parallels and the horizon table/ring are made of brass. Foot and base made of fruit wood, round shape, turned in black colour. Published by Ch. Delagrave, Paris, France 1880.
